Returns
You want to return your VAAY products? That is a pity, but no problem!
If your products are still sealed, we will gladly refund your money. We ask for your understanding that for hygienic reasons we can only take back unopened items.
How can I return my products?

Pack the unopened items in a shipping box.

Enter your personal data in our returns portal and print out our shipping labels. In the printed document you will also find detailed instructions on what to do.

Attach the UPS return label clearly visible on the shipping box.

If your return contains 3 or more of our VAAY diffuser pens, you will also need to attach the lithium-ion battery transport label to the shipping box. Also make sure to use a sturdy shipping box and fix the items with filling material (paper or similar) for transport in the shipping box.

Bring the package to a UPS branch near you. We will of course pay the postage for the shipment!

After our receiving department has checked the seals of the returned items, you will receive a credit note from us in the amount of the original purchase price.
