With all the various types of CBD products available out there, one of the most common questions we get asked is: “Which CBD product is right for me?” Well, the answer is that it depends on you and your needs. VAAY CBD products come in the form of mouth spray, diffuser pens, topical creams, bath bombs, and capsules.

So, how should YOU go about finding the best product that works for your needs?

There are a few factors to keep in mind such as what you want to use CBD for and how quickly you want to notice the effects. After a long workout, some people may prefer to use a topical cream on the joints as a post-workout routine to relax the muscles. However, there’s also nothing wrong with deciding to use other methods as well. How you choose to use CBD depends on how long you want the effects to last.

There are no golden rules on how to use CBD oil. The truth is, everyone’s body and requirements are different. Whichever method you decide to take CBD, the end goal is getting those valuable cannabinoids into your body. Most people that use CBD prefer to use our mouth spray because the effects tend to last longer than with using other methods. Inhalation is great for anyone who wants to feel the effects within minutes, yet the effects do not last as long. Don’t forget that you are not limited to using only one method of consumption. Some people use one method in the morning and use another in the evening. For example, some people may prefer to take the mouth spray in the morning and vape at work during the daytime for a discreet dose. Whichever method you choose depends on results you desire, and how long you want it to last, and your daily routine.

Methods Of Taking CBD

Sublingual - VAAY Mouth Spray

This method consists of taking the CBD oil under your tongue. This is done by using VAAY mouth spray. CBD oil is a liquid extract of cannabinoids which are intended for sublingual use. Sometimes, they’re used with a dropper, but we make things easier by packaging our CBD into a convenient mouth spray, so that you don’t have to worry about measuring your dose in a dropper. You may come across the word tincture which usually refers to something which is extracted with alcohol, but our CBD oil is extracted using the CO2 method. This method of extraction is the best because it is the cleanest and most efficient. In the case of alcohol extraction, some toxic residues can be left behind.

What Does VAAY CBD Mouth Spray Taste Like?

Some people prefer to buy flavored CBD oils because they are not fond of the earthy taste of hemp. Others love the taste. In the end it all comes down to your own personal preference. If you like the earthy and bitter taste of cannabis, you will probably like the taste of CBD oil. The great thing about VAAY CBD mouth spray is that the flavor is very mild. We also have a variety of flavored options.

How long does it take to work & how long does it last?

Taking CBD under the tongue is the fastest method after inhalation. You should notice the effects of the CBD within approximately 20 – 60 minutes and the peak effects should be felt within 1-2 hours. The effects could last anywhere from 2-6 hours.

Inhalation - VAAY diffuser Pens

When you think of cannabis, this is probably the first and most common way that comes to mind when it comes to how it is taken. If you want to vaporize CBD, you can use a vaporizable CBD oil or the VAAY CBD VAPE PEN. One thing that remains clear about vaporization is that it’s one of the fastest methods to get cannabinoids into your body.

How long do VAAY diffuser pens take to work?

As inhalation is the fastest method, you can simply stop as soon as you feel it’s enough for you. Through this method, the effects activate the quickest and the effects last approximately 1-4 hours depending on how much you have taken.

Edibles - CBD Oil Can Be Taken With Food

When we say edible CBD, what we mean is that CBD can also come in the form of chocolates, hemp gummies, and other foods. You can also mix CBD oil into your favorite drink, salad dressing, or Tea & coffee (as long as it’s not too hot).

How Long Does It Take for Edible CBD To Work? / How Long Does It Last?

Eating CBD is the method that lasts the longest but it takes longer to kick in because your body has to digest and metabolize it. With this method, it may take anywhere from 1 – 2 hours just to notice the effects but the effects should last longer compared to other methods. Please note that it is advisable to be careful when taking edibles containing THC. This is because when THC is consumed it gets converted to a stronger compound, unlike CBD. For some people, this can be an overwhelming feeling that can cause anxiety. When consuming edibles made with CBD oil, it’s highly unlikely to cause anxiety or any unwanted side effects.

Topical - Active Gel, Massage Oil, & Bath Bombs

Our CBD skin products come in Active Gel, Massage Oil, and CBD Bath Bombs. Topical creams are not psychoactive and are typically used after a workout to relax sore muscles, or before workout to get warmed up. CBD massage oil can be used in the same way, to relax or not recover. Our bath bombs contain a  core of shea butter and CBD combined with the lavender for pure relaxation. Cannabinoids are thought to work well on the skin and are being studied for their anti-inflammatory properties. Both CB1 and CB2 receptors are located throughout the skin and the endocannabinoid system plays a role in the immune response of our skin.

How much CBD should you take?

If you’re new to CBD, it’s recommended to take small doses of CBD and carefully observe what you feel. Everyone’s body and reasons for trying CBD are unique to them, so it’s impossible to have one recommended serving size for everyone. will not suit everyone, this is why we recommend you to experiment a bit before you find your individual dose.

Remember, always consult with your healthcare practitioner

If you decide to take CBD for a medical condition, always consult with your doctor before use. CBD products are not intended to diagnose, cure, or prevent disease, ailments or skin conditions.
